Raymond is a dynamic, self-motivated professional with a background in Water Resources Engineering and expertise in techno-economic analysis, particularly within developing countries. His proficiency extends to impact and social entrepreneurship. With a natural inclination for leadership, Raymond has effectively coordinated teams in both developmental and humanitarian contexts, achieving objectives aligned with promoting sustainable development goals in Africa. His experience encompasses financial management, development of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects across various communities in Uganda, including refugee settlements, some of the largest in Africa. Raymond has significantly contributed to enhancing the livelihoods of marginalized populations in Uganda and remains committed to this cause. Fueled by a passion for positive change, he intends to leverage his skills—ranging from designing solar-powered irrigation and water supply systems to groundwater development—to implement sustainable solutions in diverse African communities, furthering their development. Raymond brings great skills that will help advance the work of TOUCEO.
