Our History

“Charity begins at home”- Dickens

Hi, we are Bob and Emmanuelle KISA, a Franco-Ugandan family, living in the UK. For Bob, growing in Uganda as a family of nine, and seeing the needs of those around him has given him a real desire to develop a wider access to education and health in his home country. He has been involved in developing network support for those in need around him ever since he was a teenager and has continued to do so while working as a vicar in the UK. Emmanuelle comes from a small village in Brittany and has always had a passion for helping people which she fulfils through her vocation as a nurse.

Meeting Bob, his family, and spending time in various parts of Uganda and Kenya has widened her vocation beyond the hospital setting in which she works. Together, they have a deep longing to see a better world, where education is accessible to all regardless of their wealth, where health is not reserved for the privileged, and where each human being is being given an opportunity to develop their potential, no matter where they are born. At the heart of what we do is the love of Christ Jesus that compels us to reach out to those around us with the good news of Christ that brings transformation, restoration, and freedom from all that holds humanity captive. We believe that God loves every person unconditionally, regardless of their belief’s ethnicity, or social status and he invites them into a personal relationship with him through Christ Jesus. TOUCEO’s values are rooted in how God looks and values each one of us. Romans 12:1-21.

We invite you to join us reach out to the underprivileged children and youth in the most deprived parts of the world.
