TOUCEO, Community Hub
TCH is the “backbone” of all that we do. It is the one stop centre for community empowerment, which focuses on providing underprivileged children educational opportunities through its activities. A hub that would provide a range of high-quality and cost-effective services to the local community, with the flexibility to add more as needs of the children in the community change. We aspire to be a hub that offers haven for vulnerable children and youth.
Dangerous environments and situations await many of the children and families, hence the need for safe places.
Our community hubs bring together Children and young people who inspire each other. Who would stand as a testament to our long-term investment in the communities?
Give a lifetime of community learning hubs
We don’t just address the symptoms of poverty. We battle the root cause by providing solutions to an educational bottleneck that prevents knowledge sharing among children and their teachers. To fight this injustice of only a few having access to libraries and IT systems, we will make sure that access to educational materials is provided within the rural communities and schools. Join us in this important effort to create healthy behaviours that last a lifetime.

What Would You See at TOUCEO, Community Hubs?
Each hub will have an open, spacious feel to it, as well as easy access to services and a bright, pleasant ambiance. These hubs we believe will unite communities and provide an oasis of hope for our most valuable, children and youth.
We consider the hubs to be the centres for development where we aim at establishing amongst other things a community library fully
stocked with books and practical learning resources. Children in primary and secondary schools including the teachers will be able to access books, computers, and online teaching materials/lessons from the teachers at the top schools in the country.
Covid-19 has exposed the ever-increasing divide between the poor and the rich.
During lockdowns, the underprivileged children have had to miss their education because they didn’t have access to internet and computers.
These educational hubs will bridge the gaps between the poor who are unable to access educational material that is readily accessible by the well-to-do children in top schools in the country.

The Heart of Our Work
Most TOUCEO Children don’t have safe, clean places to spend time in. Our community hubs would also provide that place where children and youth are treated with dignity and kids escape negative influences such as violence and drugs.
Does every child have access to a TOUCEO Community hubs? For the most part. We would build our facilities in locations where the vast majority of the community we serve live. In a few locations, though as the Trust grows — particularly the most remote — we can’t centralize our services and benefits in one location. Instead, we would use smaller local facilities, such as schools.
