HOW SPONSORSHIP WORKS
“A GOOD EDUCATION IS A FOUNDATION FOR A BETTER FUTURE”- Elizabeth Warren
Change a mindset, transform the community.
When you sponsor a child for £39 a month, you change a child’s life, but you’ll be helping many. You’ll transform their lives by creating lasting changes for their entire community through their education. Your donations will provide the child with nutritious food, healthcare, education, and ways to earn a living through vocational training. By doing this, you will be giving this child a healthy, happy childhood.

Why Children Need You
Sponsorship begins with a relationship that helps a child overcome poverty. When a child is poor, it is difficult for them to have a genuine childhood basic need that would enable them to grow and have a good future. Without these elements, poverty will continue to be perpetuated for centuries.
One in every four children is living in areas of the country with the worst poverty, exploitation, and abuse. Every three seconds another girl becomes pregnant and is forced out of school. They will never have any other opportunity of getting back to school. Every time a child drops out of school their chances of getting back into a formal education reduces significantly. You can stop this from happening.

So, what can we do to break the cycle? We start small, first by providing educational sponsorship and a safe space through our community hub. With a loving team whose hearts are about transformation and empowerment, we have gone further to develop a clear route that will inspire children to grow up healthy, educated, empowered, and employed, but we can’t do it without your help. Sponsorship establishes a bond with a child in need, allowing you to see a child’s life transform and so break the pattern for future generations.

Start The Child Sponsorship
Journey

Stage 1: Staff
Our on-ground staff/volunteer in the communities identifies a child with desperate need to study, assesses those needs and recommends them to our child sponsorship program.

Stage 2: Sponsor
When a sponsor is found that child is sent to school with reputable academic performance with fully paid school fees and all the required scholastic materials.

Stage 3: Education
The child is then taken to a reputable school with all the necessary requirements. During holidays, the sponsored children through our community support hub programs are provided with life skill training through games and sports, drama, and art including hand-making pad training for teenage girls.

Sponsorship Of £39 A Month Will Forever Transform A Child’s Life
Most of these children have experienced some form of traumatic life experiences, affecting their personal life including their access to education. They have lost hope in pursuing an education, making it more difficult in breaking the circle of poverty. With your sponsorship, these boys and girls will be helped with the most basic needs that will help them once again become hopeful for a brighter future. Click above to sponsor.
Several studies have shown that girls’ education is one of the most cost-effective techniques for encouraging development and economic progress.
Understanding the cultural, socioeconomic, and health variables that affect access to education for girls is crucial. We are working with parents, community leaders, and organisations to develop a community-based program that educates teenage girls, their moms, and male peers about their rights, reproductive health, financial literacy, and personal safety.
Since the Coronavirus pandemic, schools have had to repetitively close from March 2019. This has led to girls dropping out of school and becoming pregnant early in life. As a result, the number of child marriages and adolescent pregnancies has increased dramatically. Since March 2019, over 1520 girls under the age of nineteen have visited a hospital for prenatal care. Many of these teenage mothers are desperate to go back to school or get into some form of skill training to provide a brighter future for their families. Your gift and donations will help these girls acquire some practical help through our educational and vocational programs.
