Teacher empowerment is critical in education if teachers are to adapt their lesson to the demands of the diverse class. Everything is in the capable teachers’ hands. Teachers unquestionably have the greatest impact on pupils’ ability to learn. We think it is crucial for teachers to have access to contemporary teaching methods, technologies, and methods of information transfer if a school is to create successful pupils. A teacher needs to continually develop teaching skills to improve communication with students, which allows for a constant flow of knowledge from teacher to student. Our responsibility is not only to provide quality education to the underprivileged, but also to ensure that our teachers are continually learning new skills. As a charity, we invest significantly in the empowerment of teachers so they can enhance their skills and engage students in order to achieve better outcomes. At TOUCEO we believe that “Students’ future is defined by empowered teachers”.

Technology Training for Teachers Program

Teachers who are empowered are those who have adequate resources to effectively communicate with students. In spite of technology’s continued advancement, many underprivileged schools have only just begun using modernized technology. We take expertise in providing quality education, which we believe comes from teacher empowerment in education.
Making sure the teachers have enough access to the technologies they use is one way to empower them. We set up seminars where teachers receive the best possible training. Following their training, the teachers head to their classrooms to teach the students the material.
Teachers Continuous Education Program
The Teachers Continuous Education Program (TCEP) offered by TOUCEO can benefit both teachers and students in various ways. Firstly, TCEP can improve teaching skills and competencies, which can lead to more effective classroom delivery and improved student learning outcomes. As teachers learn new teaching methodologies, strategies and techniques, they are able to create a more engaging and stimulating learning environment for their students. Teacher Resource Center Program
Effective communication is essential for success, and this is especially true in schools. TOUCEO Hubs are established to facilitate communication between faculty and teachers, enabling them to coordinate tasks more efficiently. These hubs provide teachers with everything they need, such as computers with internet access to help them have access to class schedules and lesson plans, teaching tutorials, that would help them stay up to date with their responsibilities.
The TOUCEO Hubs are part of a larger effort to improve education in disadvantaged communities in the areas where we operate.
