At TOUCEO, we recognize the multifaceted challenges faced by children growing up in poverty, including hunger, malnutrition, limited access to education and medical services, social discrimination, and isolation. Rather than merely sympathizing with those affected, we believe in actively seeking solutions. Our conviction stems from the understanding that ‘No man is an island,’ and collective efforts are essential for positive transformation.
We are committed to exploring generational changes that can profoundly impact lives, starting at the core—by empowering children affected by poverty worldwide. By joining forces, we can provide these children with access to education, healthcare, life skills, and job readiness training. Our goal is to nurture their self-esteem and create a positive ripple effect within their communities, ultimately breaking the cycle of generational poverty.

Children’s Needs Change As They Grow
Therefore, stability is required at all phases of a child’s life for them to reach their full potential.
Infants & Children (0-5)
Infants and young children require a good start in life. They also need to feel safe enough to explore and learn as much as they can throughout their early years when their development is the fastest.
Children & Young Teens (6-14)
Children and young adolescents need access to education. They also need the confidence to explore innovative ideas, say what they feel, ask for what they need and form healthy relationships.
Youth (15-24)
Youth must be ready to work when they reach adulthood. They also require the opportunity to form healthy relationships with their classmates, family, and romantic partners, as well as to participate in society.
