Role: Vice Chair/Treasurer

He is married to Sally and has two grown children. Dylan works as a Programme Manager in a financial services company, delivering business and technology change solutions. In his spare time, he stays active by playing tennis and golf. He has spent many years in his local church working with children and young people. Dylan has been a mentor and coach for twelve years, assisting young people aged 16 and 17 in developing leadership skills, as well as supporting and enabling them to achieve their full and unique potential – emotional, social, moral, and spiritual. He has become a Trustee of TOUCEO following a visit to Uganda with Bob in 2019 and he wants to utilise the skills and knowledge he has gained over the years to help underprivileged children and young people to achieve their own full and unique potential.
